Service Limitations
Coverage must be agreed
Monitoring applies only to the selected camera views, operating method and hours confirmed for the site. Continuous observation of every camera, or monitoring outside agreed hours, is not implied.
Visibility is conditional
Camera position, lighting, obstructions, image resolution, connectivity, platform availability and authorized access affect what can be observed. An incident outside the view or during an outage may not be visible.
Observation does not guarantee prevention
Remote monitoring does not guarantee that every incident will be detected, a loss prevented, a person identified or a particular response achieved. It supports the client’s wider security and operational arrangements.
Escalation follows instructions
Operators act within the approved escalation process. Responses from site managers, guards, emergency services or other third parties remain outside the operator’s control. Emergency response is not guaranteed.
Technology and operational boundaries
AI detection, automated alerts, gate control, vehicle identification, inventory verification and integrations are not included unless explicitly confirmed in the agreed service. Camera monitoring does not replace on-site supervision, physical controls or required safety procedures.
Keep the plan accurate
Clients should provide authorized access, clear instructions, accurate contact details and notification of changes to cameras or operations. Report format, evidence retention, footage access and delivery channels require specific agreement.
