Human observation. Agreed procedures. Clear reporting.
BUILT AROUND YOUR OPERATION
Focused monitoring for the spaces your business relies on.
Gates, parking areas and after-hours activity.
Entrances, selected aisles and priority areas.
Busy handoffs, dock areas and facility access.
Consistent instructions across multiple sites.
Facility images are illustrative, not actual client locations.
MONITORING PRIORITIES
A useful monitoring plan defines where to look, when to observe and whom to contact.
Gate entrances, warehouse doors and vehicle exits where access should follow your site instructions.
Truck movement, loading and unloading areas, and selected trailer parking views.
Perimeter zones and the camera views you identify as most important to your operation.
Monitoring supports observation and escalation. It does not guarantee detection, prevent every loss or replace your on-site procedures.
EXPLORE THE COVERAGE
Select a numbered zone to explore a potential monitoring scope. This is a conceptual layout, not a verified camera installation.
POTENTIAL MONITORING SCOPE
Observe visible arrivals, departures and unusual activity around the nominated gate view.
Requires an agreed access procedure, usable camera positioning and a current site contact.
HUMAN MONITORING OPERATIONS
NETEX operators observe the camera views agreed with you, assess what is visible and follow your documented instructions. The purpose is to give your team a useful account of activity and a clear next step.
Selected cameras, coverage hours and escalation contacts are established before monitoring starts. Unclear footage is recorded as uncertain, not turned into a confirmed incident.

A CLEAR OPERATING PROCESS
NETEX checks the nominated camera system, remote access method and usable image quality.
Set the selected views, coverage hours, activity thresholds and escalation contacts in writing.
Provide approved access and confirm the operating instructions before monitoring begins.
Document observed activity and follow the agreed contact sequence, with follow-up status recorded.
REPORTING & OWNER VISIBILITY
Structured reporting connects an observation to its verification status, action and follow-up.
ACTIVITY & ESCALATION LOG
| Time | Zone | Observed activity | Verification status | Action taken | Follow-up |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 21:15 | Main gate | Vehicle waiting outside gate | Visible on nominated view | Site contact notified | Acknowledged |
| 22:40 | Loading dock | Door remains open after agreed close | Open door visible; reason unknown | Duty manager contacted | Review requested |
| 23:05 | Perimeter | Selected feed unavailable | View unavailable; cause unconfirmed | Technical contact alerted | Follow-up open |
Reports distinguish what was visible, what remains uncertain and what action was taken. They do not establish a person's identity or intent.
MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Give every location its own instructions while keeping reporting categories, escalation ownership and review routines consistent.
A site-specific plan matters: different time zones, access rules and camera layouts need different decisions.

POWERED BY NETEX SECURITY
GlobalEye Surveillance is a specialist brand powered by NETEX Security, focused on US logistics and industrial facilities. NETEX handles service enquiries, compatibility reviews and the agreed monitoring arrangement.
About GlobalEye & NETEXBEFORE YOU START
NETEX reviews compatibility, authorized remote access, camera positions and usable image quality. Access to every camera system is not assumed.
Coverage depends on the written agreement: selected camera views, monitoring hours and the operating method. Continuous monitoring of every camera is not implied.
Operators follow your agreed escalation instructions and record the action taken. Response by a manager, guard or emergency service depends on that recipient and the circumstances.
The report format, recipients, channels and frequency are agreed with NETEX during onboarding.
GlobalEye has its own enquiry form. The form identifies the website as GlobalEye and sends the details directly to admin@netexsecurity.com.
