INDUSTRIAL & LOGISTICS MONITORING Powered by NETEX SECURITY

Portfolio visibility · Local operating context

One reporting approach. Instructions that fit every location.

Consistency across locations should not erase the differences between them. GlobalEye helps multi-site operators establish common reporting fields while retaining each facility's camera scope, local hours and escalation contacts. Owners and regional managers can review relevant observations in a familiar format, while site teams receive instructions that reflect their actual operating conditions and responsibilities.

Human observation. Agreed procedures. Clear reporting.

THE AREAS THAT MATTER

A monitoring plan for multiple locations.

01

A separate brief for each site

Document camera access, selected views, operating hours and escalation contacts at every location. A policy that works for a small yard may not fit a distribution center. Shared standards should sit above specific, usable site instructions.

02

Comparable observation records

Use consistent fields for time, location, zone, verification status, action and follow-up. Keep time zones explicit and distinguish coverage differences, so managers do not mistake fewer recorded observations for a safer or better-performing location.

03

Clear local and regional ownership

Define when an observation goes to the site lead and when regional management should be involved. Keep primary and backup contacts current, and identify who is allowed to change instructions as responsibilities or operating patterns evolve.

FROM OBSERVATION TO FOLLOW-UP

Clear instructions make the difference.

Review each location

Assess compatibility, approved access and usable views separately at every facility. Record coverage hours in the appropriate local time zone and agree the priorities that make sense for that site.

Standardize the essentials

Agree common reporting fields, site naming and escalation status definitions. Retain local instructions within that structure, including access exceptions, operating calendars and contacts with authority to make decisions.

Maintain the portfolio brief

Assign an owner for changes to contacts, hours and camera scope. Review unresolved observations and update the affected site instructions when a facility opens, changes operations or leaves the monitoring arrangement.

PLAN YOUR COVERAGE

What to bring to your review.

Each site's coverage is agreed separately and depends on compatible access, image quality, connectivity and current instructions. Consistent reporting does not imply identical coverage, continuous observation of every camera or a live management dashboard.

Discuss Your Facility
  1. A location register with site names, time zones and operating hours.
  2. Camera-system details and an authorized access owner for each site.
  3. A local and regional contact matrix with backup responsibilities.
  4. Preferred reporting fields and the people authorized to change scope.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Multiple locations FAQ

Can locations use different camera systems?

Potentially, but compatibility and authorized access must be reviewed for each system. One site's approval does not establish that every other site's equipment or connection is suitable.

Will we receive a live dashboard?

This website illustrates reporting concepts; it does not promise a live dashboard. Confirm report formats, delivery methods, frequency and any requested integrations with NETEX as part of the agreed scope.

Can we add locations in stages?

Discuss a staged rollout with NETEX. Every additional location needs its own access review, coverage instructions, contacts and agreed start arrangements before monitoring can begin.
